If you are new to exercising with type 1 diabetes, the amount of conflicting advice can be overwhelming.
We each respond differently to exercise, food, and insulin, so what works for others may not work for you.
Start with light activity, monitor your blood glucose closely, and keep notes on your body's responses. Consult your healthcare team, and progress when you learn what’s best and safe for you.
