For ten years I have mentored, supported, and worked with individuals, not-for-profits and health care professionals.

My passion is helping children and adults with diabetes to overcome obstacles to push towards new goals and set new boundaries.

Mentor and coach

I work with individuals, teams, and businesses as a mentor, coach, and keynote speaker. I share practical moves to increase motivation, training performance, and mental resilience.
